Senator Houser Met with Local IACEC Members

DES MOINES – Senator Hubert Houser (R-Carson) met with members from the Mills County Iowa Association of County Extension Councils (IACEC).

IACEC members visited the capitol to thank legislators for their support as well as to discuss current issues affecting the IACEC. Representing Mills County were Randy Greiner of Malvern and Gary Smith of Emerson.

The mission of the IACEC is to serve as a vehicle for networking between county extension councils of Iowa, Iowa State University, and government leaders to promote and strengthen all local and statewide extension programs.
