(Des Moines) – Senator Larry McKibben (R-Marshalltown) talks to students from Iowa Valley Community College District about issues concerning Iowa’s community colleges.

“Iowa Valley Community College is a critical part of the economic vitality of Hardin and Marshall Counties,” commented Senator McKibben. “Without the high quality education offered at IVCC, our communities would struggle to keep our economy growing,” he added.

The students from Iowa Valley Community College were at the Capitol to advocate for issues important to Iowa’s community colleges.
