McKibben Introduces United States Senator John McCain to members of the Iowa Senate

(Des Moines) – Senator Larry McKibben (R-Marshalltown) recently had the honor of introducing Senator McCain to colleagues, staff and student pages assembled in a Senate committee room at the Iowa Statehouse.

“I am honored to have the opportunity to introduce Senator John McCain to my friends and colleagues in the Iowa Senate,” commented McKibben. “John McCain is an outstanding political leader who speaks with clarity and directness, bringing debate out into the public sphere in a way that helps voters clearly understand the complex issues facing our country.”

Senator John McCain and his wife Cindy were at the Capitol on March 15 to visit with Iowa legislators.
