Senator Seymour meets with tourism representatives from Harrison County

Kathy Dirks of the Harrison County Village Welcome Center and Renea Anderson Executive Director of the Harrison County Development Corporation met Senator Jim Seymour at the Travel Federation of Iowa’s annual tourism showcase held on the Iowa Fairgrounds.

“Tourism is such an important part of our Western Iowa economy,” stated Senator Seymour. “I think people are always pleasantly surprised when they take the time to visit Harrison County and other Western parts of Iowa,” he added.

The Travel Federation of Iowa’s annual tourism showcase took place February 7. 2006.
